Develop your measurement plan

This section is about turning outcomes into meaningful metrics for tracking progress. What can you measure to tell you whether you’re succeeding on your path to impact?

  • What tools might we use?

  • Who might own the gathering and reporting of this data?

  • How often will we review and report on this data? 

  • Who are our audiences for our measurement of this data? And how will this data be used to inform decision making?
